Orders received on Friday after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following Monday. No orders will be shipped on holidays. There are some exceptions to orders shipping same or next business day: Any customization of a product may delay the shipping time. Some lift chairs, wheelchairs, scooters, lifts, and some other products are built specifically for you! These products can take a few weeks to ship and you will be notified by e-mail after your order is placed.

Our free shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Free shipping is shipped by UPS or FEDEX for most items. When purchasing a larger item such as a scooter, power wheelchair, lift chair, etc. your order will most likely be delivered by common carrier. In addition to our free standard delivery we also offer white glove delivery or inside delivery for some of our products. These delivery methods can be chosen for an additional fee. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery date when shipping either inside delivery or white glove. White glove delivery adds an addional 5-7 days on top of standard delivery time. Please provide us with a street address if your billing address is a PO Box.
